The Difference between books ROBERT WANG

Hi,

When visiting Amazon.com I noticed that some books of Robert
Wang are out of print.

the one's available are second hand:
-------------------------------
Tarot Psychology: Handbook for the Jungian Tarot
Description: By Robert Wang. 1990 OUT OF PRINT PABERBACK printing.
-------------------------------
The Qabalistic Tarot: A Textbook of Mystical Philosophy
Price: $52.53
-------------------------------
Qabalistic Tarot: A Textbook of Occult Philosophy (hardcover)
Price: $298.98 !
-------------------------------
Does anyone know if there a difference between the contents of the
hardcover and paperback edition?

Is there a difference between Tarot Psychology and 'The
Jungian Tarot and it's Archetypal Imagery' because the latter does not
include texts on the minor Arcana;
What is the Trilogy? ( as mentioned on the cover of The Jungian Tarot
and it's Archetypal Imagery )
To my knowledge the first book is Tarot Psychology,
the second The Jungian Tarot and it's Archetypal Imagery
But what is the third book?
and why create a trilogy with 2 almost identical books?

questions questions questions !
I think it is odd that Robert Wang's books are out of print.
because I think it is quality tarot literature.

Best regards,
Bram S.

As far as I'm aware, the two versions of the book are just that, two variously sub-titled versions of the same book.

I can only presume that Weiser (the publisher) received some feedback following its release with the sub-title 'Occult', and decided to alter it for the paperback version. If anyone knows otherwise, please correct me.

This book, by the way, is one of those pro-Golden Dawn books which is quite useful to have - unfortunately, my copy disappeared over ten years ago, and I still haven't replaced it.

Wang writes, it should be mentioned, from a position which assumes the correctness of much of the Golden Dawn and its derivatives.
