You could go with the rest then, and leave out the asking to confirm if you're not in touch? Yeah...  I guess you're right...I just wish I could do SOMETHING to help Joe, make him a bit happier....(Not that I really want to talk to SR, he gives me the CREEPS...not sure HOW I managed to live with him for 20 yrs???)I wish I hadn't saddled my kids with such a horrid father

Dear yira, the only way to get the specific kids you have was by being with their father. My mother & MIL tell me this all the time- that they would have had different People as children, so they are grateful. |

((((((Yira)))))) I too agree with cardlady. I know it is hard as my oldest has BIG issues with his father too. And with what his father is putting him through now is just the worst, and there is nothing that I can do (out of my hands) but be there for him. Yeah, I suppose you're right Cardlady...I just think of how much hurt they've had from this...horrible man...and blame myself for not doing right by them...but no I don't want different kids I want the ones I have
