I just got this, too. It's lovely. For some reason, I love the Gryphon. And all the roses! I'm still working out the deeper meaning that aces are keys and 10s are the locks they fit into. Numerological? Kabbalistic? And I like the court names: Kings and queens are named that, but others have names like "The Builder" and "The Bard." Nice combination, I think. This is a pip deck I can really get into! __________________ Ask me about Arcana Stones! breathe in peace, breathe out love |

Oh this is LOVELY! the artwork & the colours are right up my street! I don't usually go for pips but these seem to have a little something extra I think - I may have to submit and grab one!

Mine have just arrived and they're lovely. Beautiful art and the pips are readable, you get a sense of what they mean. I really love this deck. I bought a 2nd (with a bashed up box which wasn't really bashed up at all!) just out of curiosity and I'm smitten! __________________ Over sea, under stone. |

I was very excited to see today that the artist has added images of all the cards to the website. www.theincidentaltarot.com After seeing how gorgeous all of those pips are, I really can't wait to get this!!! I ordered it a week or two ago, and I will be very excited to see it in person when it arrives. ![]() I had been a little unsure about all the renamed cards (normally a pet peeve of mine), but the art is just so cheery and charming, I couldn't resist. The style reminds me of kind of a cross between Robert Place and Nigel Jackson. __________________ "If you don't know where you're going, any road will get you there." |
