kind of very on the fence right now about whether i want to start a sale/trade thread or keep this deck, so took some pictures in case, figured i might as well post them here. my trimmed and gilted Harmonious tarot :] (edit - the color is tsukeniko pearlescent chocolate. it's very nice, much nice that the cosmic copper which i realize i don't actually much like at all. the decks i did with that pretty much all ended up getting touched up with this and/or spanish copper rub and buff, lol. the mix of the three makes a nice result on my thoth...) __________________ currently reading with: Nusantara Tarot "The art of losing isn't hard to master..." If you DO decide to sell or trade this, Cassandra...i'd probably be interested. i like this deck and you did a very lovely job with the gilding! i still haven't gotten up the courage to gild a deck yet...soon, though, very soon...

I just got my Mary-el. Now I have to buy another deck :-) (for trimming, of course. It looks great! ) Are you happy with the result? |

![]() It is a lot easier to handle now. The challenge will be remembering which card is what and at the same time - not having the title will contribute to some good intuitive reading. That IS really nice. I remember seeing the copper, though I don't remember if it was yours or someone else's... I thought it looked good, but this looks much nicer imo. __________________ Sic gorgiamus allos subjectatos nunc. |

since i mentioned it, just for fun here is that thoth that I mentioned that I gilted in tsukeniko cosmic copper and then touched up with rub and buff spanish copper and then also a bit of tsukeniko pearlescent chocolate...i still may...touch up certain specific cards in the future, maybe... lol, can you tell i have a thing about things being *just so*? ( its not the same thoth that i posted pictures up here of before, though trimmed the same way...) __________________ currently reading with: Nusantara Tarot "The art of losing isn't hard to master..." |
