Cucumber used by Silver Raven Wolf

Any idea if the cucumber she uses is the green vegetable or a kind of Magnolia (don't ask me why this magnolia was listed as cucumber in a book about plants).

I think the Magnolia would be more appropriate for that kind of spell.

The Magnolia plant with the name Cucumber, is most likely in reference to the flower that it forms.

I don't know which spell you are talking about in the book, but normally the edible kind of cucumber is left out of certain spells. If at all possible, if you could find a substitute for it, I would go that route.

Thanks Thoth, I am pretty sure that she talks about that cucumber-shaped Magnolia (must be a typical plant in the area where she lives). I used "normal" Magnolia oil instead and I think it worked pretty well.
