both Portmerion, but the other stuff is cheaper, easier to find in charity shops and the like.
Do I detect a colour preference??
Thought it might work to link to my Public dropbox folder for my mug: try this.

I like those! I've got a fondness for Hornsea pottery as it seemed that everything in my family had those 'Tea, Coffee and Sugar' storage jars.

i'm currently in a hideous financial situation, but refuse to give up everything. i might as well be dead otherwise.

I like hornsea too, but i don't collect it, as i collect quite a few other things already.

I drink my coffee out of mugs made by australian studio potters of the 1950's and 1960's.
sorry i don't have pics.

I think I'm turning into my mother with my development of a love of fine china. If only she was still around, she'd be able to help me stock up.

I am just profoundly grateful that James has a job. It has been more than difficult funding his petrol and essentials (his unemployment benefit isn't through yet!) but he starts work Monday and he has contacted his bank about a temporary overdraft until payday.

This is the first time in years my bank statement has come through and all it has on it is my direct debits and one other payment out! A sad sight

Back....

I do have Totem in the sand brown colour too, and one Magic City coffee can, one black with the gold pheonix (name escapes me) so I've just made a cup in the brown totem for a change.

I have the blue totem as a storage jar, and the green, and a magic city, and a green/blcak hornsea, all for incense inredients..
My hornsea in my kitchen cupboard is this one

(maybe a bit of a green and brown prefence )
