Well, I thoroughly admit that salad prep is a PIA. Thats why I get "in the mood" for salads. Make em for dinner about 4 nights in a row, and then don't have another salad for about 4 or 5 months.

Iceberg must be very cheap compared to better greens. I haven't bought it in decades, so I don't know what the price is. But it's the usual lettuce in restaurant salads in the U.S. Bland, yet bitter And yes no nutritional value at all...

Back again was giving feedback of a reading, and giving tea and cookies to kids I have 3 friends of my kids here, how can 5 kids be soooooo noisy?????

I have 2 kids that can be extremely noisy. 5 would be off the charts.
