i've been very achey this morning, and was getting annoyed that the painkillers weren't doing anything, then realised i'd got them out and not actually taken them

it's a nice sunny day again, so i'd really like to get out to the garden again, but can't stand on my foot at the moment, so maybe no gardening today.
