It was a drug abuse prevention thingy...focusing on prescription drugs. Mostly boring and probably didn't matter to the kids there, (Jack says one of the kids there was high) and alot of the info there was aimed at parents -- liability if your kid gets in trouble with drinking/drugs, etc.

I think the addict was probably the only part that would have mattered much to the kids. But, he just wasn't very eloquent in his speech..it definitely could have used a bit of polishing. But, maybe that won't matter much to kids, and he DID help....

Yeah it was Mell, I just thought a lot of what was said wouldn't really affect the teens there... just the addict maybe, and maybe the autopsy photo would be a bit of a cold dose of reality...

In this situation, it was for HIM...sharing his experiences. Whether or not it spoke to the kids, I'm pretty sure it was HUGE for him.

I hope it helps. I've not had ANY problem with card stock. They're like playing cards almost, although the borders ARE FUGLY and to trim would make them tiny...although I might just since I have small hands...LOL

You're right, and I hope it does help him...he said he'd been clean for 17 months, and lives with the guilt that he didn't clean himself up til after his mother had died. But, he did it then because he knew it was the ONE thing she wanted him to give her...
