Uggh, Jack calls me from school to ask if I'll attend a "meeting" with him at school tonight -- this town's "finest" policemen talking about drug abuse in teens.... If there's ONE thing I don't have to worry about with Jack, it's drug/alcohol abuse. He has a horror of them brought on my his stepmother... And I'm not good in crowds (to put it mildly). It's a nightmare waiting to happen..and it WILL be highly attended because students that go, get extra credit. and FAMILIES that go, get a chance to win the Kindle Fire door prize... *sigh* But really, what's the chances of THAT happening??? NADA.
