Mary El Tarot - King of Cups
http://www.mary-el.com/cups3.html Fire of Water, this King emerges from the waters of the HP and the Queen. He looks like Poseidon with his trident. A fertility deity constantly pursuing the ladies, his creation cycle is mirrored by the blue Egyptian lotuses that surround him. They are said to rise in the water and surface in the morning, descending again below the waters at night. (It doesn’t actually but it is a beautiful idea).
