No not quite, LOL. Though the kiddos are occupied with shows, teen in one room, lil one laying down on his bed watching a movie. Lil one and I just got back about 10 mins ago from mcdonalds arts and crafts time.

My stepfather is obsessed with those. He has HGTV on 24/7. I'm _not_ the kind of person who can deal with a tv being on all the time so it irritates me to to end when I'm there!

We find that we really don't need cable anyway because of stuff like that. We'd just end up watching crap because we had it. I think that if we were sports people, it might be different, but as it is, internet woohoo.

Oh, yes, I hear ya. I'm a homebody. Although the occasional dinner out or the ability to go to the movie theater, ever...that would be nice.

Around here eating out is highly overrated and over priced, not to mention rather limited in choice of restaurant. So I'm not missing anything.

Haha, yes! I had some crappy microwaved chicken alfredo for dinner and now I'm eating hummus with saltines. It is just about hitting the spot.

Mmm. Hummus.

I love hummus. Had so much of it last year. A friend had given me a garlic braid. I dont' cook enough to use up so many cloves. Hummus is a good way to go through them faster.

And it makes for quick and easy meals.
