What cards would indicate a gigolo relationship?
The Rider would be a good person card (handsome gentleman), or Man+Whip (where Whip=sex) and Fox (=work) could indicate a professional. I would see Crossroad as indicating multiple partners/relationships and Garden as indicating someone who is very sociable (a flirt).

I'm really curious how you'd read this. You need to write that post on interpreting same sex GTs.
I'm curious too.

For me, when I do same sex GTs, I use the Gentleman and Cavalier, or the Lady and the Snake.

Someone was asking how many cards have varying meanings in Lenormand. The answer, of course, depends on how many cards influence it! A GT is what we call a Grand Tableau. Lenormand has 36 cards, and we lay them all out in 9x4 or 8x4 + 4 spread and analyze the spread. You will find a lot of information on the GTs in the monhly GT practice thread.

Thanks, lord_ewin, for answering my question so clearly. I've never ventured into Lenormand, but it does look intriguing.

214red - I appreciate realizing that the ring can be a ball-and-chain. It gives more possibilities.

LE - thanks for the reminder of the square grouping. But don't diagonal combinations work differently than straight lines?
I don't mind the garden being there as a many card, but I wouldn't expect the ring unless they a committed to all the partners involved.
Fish-as in many fish in the sea
Paths-many options
Clover-footloose and fancy free, and likes to involve many in the party
Flowers-there is something very open, and the flowers don't last long when cut, I could see this as someone with to many options to settle down

I'm curious too.

For me, when I do same sex GTs, I use the Gentleman and Cavalier, or the Lady and the Snake.
I now often throw a card to find out who is who or ask the pendulum , because I have often found when people come to readings, you see the partner card and your knowing that something's not right, and often it turns out the gt is showing where their focus is, not their actual partner or potential partner. So someone says they are single and ready for love, and the gt shows the man/woman and it turns out that that it's the ex that's still in the energy , and more connected then the new man. If the man/lady is their actual partner the card picked always leads you back to the appropriate card

Same sex couples I do the same, this way it saves any potential confusion. You might see many people cards and think there are many potential suitors out there, when actually its all one person. Checking saves all the labour, and sometimes the lady card in a mans spread is himself, or an element of his self, can even be an ideal woman rather then a real one.....or vice versa

LE, what you say here, regarding the meaning of the way of pairing is such of help to me, thank you!

I did not know what kind of info diagonals and knighting reveal.

And I do not understand exactly what mirroring reveals?

Projected vs Actual, so... What they see themselves as vs. what they project to others. So a big brute on the outside, a soft hearted individual on the inside. A woman on the outside, acts like a man on the inside. A quiet person, nervous or with mental health issues that you wouldn't see on the outside....
