Kgirl's Cluster Reading/Amanda04's Cluster - End of April 2012
Ok ... The Hope Spread 1 (Ace of Pentacles) 2 (Seven of Cups) 5 (Two of Wands), 6 (Queen of Cups), 7 (Seven of Pentacles) 3 (Ace of Cups 4(Four of Pentacles) What strikes me with this reading is the contrast between the earthiness manifestation of Pentacles and dreamy, emotional water qualities of the Cups. With respect to what the seeker is hoping for, I feel they are looking for something to finally take off and become concrete (Ace of Pentacles). I feel the seeker is looking for that spark to generate a plan or find the initiative to act on that idea and to get something off the ground that is important to them. The seed of this idea / desire is within the seeker, but now its time to make things concrete. The seeker needs to stop fantasising, stop dreaming, stop wondering and get started (Seven of Cups). Perhaps they have many opportunities and many choices, some of which are not great. Perhaps they are just comfortable sitting back and thinking about the possibilities, rather than acting. Perhaps the seeker knows what they want but just doesn't know how to make it happen. The potential within the seeker is there. The seed of emotions and desire is there. Once again, just like the Ace of Pentacles before, the notion is there within the seeker but how to we move from the seed of the Aces? With respect to the eventual outcome, I feel like this seeker wants to manifest something that they can hold onto, they can own, they can possess, they can protect and hold close to themselves. The way the figure clings to the coin in this picure, suggests this seeker is looking to make something real and make it thier own that they can hold and touch and not just dream about (Four of Pentacles) With respect to opposition, I believe this could go back to the 7 of Cups and 7 of Pentacles. The Two of Wands suggests that the seeker feels somewhat restless and may be in a period of waiting. Perhaps there is a small obstacle that requires your initiative in order to overcome it. The Two of Wands suggests you would be successful by taking charge of the situation right now. As this is ill-dignified next to the potential of the Ace of Cups, I would see this as a warning that you should not allow indecision to curb or block your desires - this seems to be a repeated message here. Additionally I feel like the seeker may be more comfortable daydreaming and waiting rather than grasping the opportunity - this is the wrong course of action. Now is the time for sincere thought and to act. Other possible eventualities points to the Queen of Cups. The seeker is emotional about this issue and the Queen could be telling you that your dreaming will consume you if you don't act. The Queen also suggests you should act and embrace what you love or what your heart desires. Don't just dream about this or allow yourself to get overemotional because that is not the approach to take. The right approach is action and the Queen is urging you on, reassuring you you are ok. Alternatively this could mean another female or person with the Queen of Cups qualities will take what you want. The seeker needs to start seriously assessing, planning and deciding whether what they want is actually right for them and will be worth the investment (Seven of Pentacles). But this card is very much about being serious about making something happen, and not just dreaming about it (Seven of Cups). The Seven of Pentacles also suggests that if you put in the effort and take those steps, your efforts will be rewarded. I feel like the cards are saying that once you are certain about what you want that you then have it in you to manifest it in your life. Last edited by Kgirl; 23-04-2012 at 12:06. |

I have a job now, it pays the bills and it's stable for at least the next year. When I took this job, I knew that it was only a stepping stone to greater things when I accepted this position. I have everything in order, my resume, my references are well informed, I'm even *slowly* packing up things in my apartment and getting rid of what I no longer need (new job will require relocation).Quote:

As far as the daydreaming and waiting - I'll say yes and no. I haven't waited in respect to getting my applications out there and being pro-active with my current career. I do 'extra-credit' type activities at work to boost my resume and the like. But I DO have to wait for decisions to be made by the hiring committees. There is no contact number. There is no follow up - no ability to stop into the establishmet and 'check-up' on things. These are federal job opportunities, decisions made by anonymous faces in anonymous places and I am at the mercy of their timeline, not my own. So, in the meantime I daydream about various possibilitites, what things will need be done when I get a job offer... all sorts of practical mental list making is going on! Quote:
And yes, I am emotionally invested in the outcome of this job hunt - this is my future! This is about service to my country, about stewardship of natural resources, about preserving endangered species and being proactive in this world. Very 'Queenly' activities. This is very important stuff!! Also, the career field I'm looking to go into is directly linked with Water. Quote:
This may be more of a 'waiting for the fruit to ripen' aspect of this card. I have done everything humanly possible to set things in motion. I stay on top of all job listings and apply when I find something I like and am qualified for.Thank you so much for the reading. I hope my feedback was helpful!!! __________________ There are only two ways to live your life. One is as though nothing is a miracle.
