awesome ideas, Chiska and TCO  Chiska, do you have the cookbook called "Complete Gluten-Free Cookbook - 150 gluten free, lactose free recipes, many with egg-free variations" by Donna Washburn and Heather Butt? If not, I shall be perfectly happy to post it to you... ETA - Enjoy, NT do you have some vanilla ice cream to serve it with? Yummy with Maple syrup and walnut ice cream too... *drools*

My recipes, when I use a recipe, are usually modified by what I have around. For example, when Hubby and I were moving out of the Old Place, we found some whole wheat flour being given away by another person who was moving out and didn't want to carry it with them.
