Still - I end up with my money back and a deck for the train, so it's all worked out in the end except I feel sorry for the seller who is out the money and the deck....

Hi folks! I have some time today to enjoy the pub! Yay! I am tired but the busiest part is nearly over... One more day before things start to wind down.

Weirdest dream last night. Dreamt I was at work, and it was storming, and there was a tornado. We were watching it out of our huge window (weird thing number one - I don't have windows in my office here. There are windows in the downtown office, though, but the people who work here don't work there because they are two different companies. I work onsite at a client.)

We watched the tornado come, there wasn't time to get into the tornado shelter. It beat against the glass for a while, but couldn't break it, then went on its merry way. It did come back once, when it was about spent, as if to say, "goodbye".

I even said, "She's coming back to say goodbye before she's gone." Meaning the tornado.

The big boss was on his way in for a meeting (meeting with our clients and what we do here), but because of the tornado the train was late. (There is no train here. But Big Boss is coming in tomorrow - we're supposed to go to the track for an outing at lunchtime.)

Apparently, we were still going to the track, but it was going to be wet and muddy.

OK - That's funny. I had the same kind of dream. Now we did have tornadoes in the state last night, so they were on my mind when I went to bed.... But

I was in a house that was mine but not. It had a basement which I do not have IRL and they are fairly uncommon here... Anyway, a small tornado came whipping through the yard and I had to dodge it as it spun around and seemed to chase me and then disappeared. But it was only a warning. In the near distance, the sky was dark and objects could be seen flying through the air around this massive stovepipe. My sense of foreboding and mortal fear had me rushing all of the people visiting into the basement while gathering things I thought I would need. As the sky above us fully darkened and the wind began to affect the building - I woke up!
