Ouch, Wendy. Hope the carbs helped!

Hey, everyone.
I've just stuck my neck out and posted an experiment in the Experimental section - where Wu says it belongs (will your finger allow you to partake now, Wu??) - and am hoping I get a few takers. Otherwise I have a paper bag here ready to stick my head in! * hides behind the door*

Ye gods and little fishes (as my mum used to say) but it isn't half cold here today.

Oh yes! Chocolate would have effected an instant cure, naturally, but in the absence of chocolate the cookies were excellent

I'm in! I've got stuff to do, and need to get out the printer before I do it, though.

Thank you both! It feels very strange organising a thread after so much gossiping in the pub.

No hurry. Just thought I'd best put an end date, so it actually finishes one day.

Wu - I've put on some weight in the last week or so. Chocolate is the main culprit, while out and about (dark, 1g at a time of course, so as not to do the blood sugar in) but probably also not helped by the amount of cheese and walnuts creeping up. I think it proves to me that anything can become addictive. I mean, I didn't even eat nuts before. Now they're one of my staples with cheese and I take more and more...

But chocolate. Yes it cures all sorts of things! It gives me STRENGTH!

Heh - I realised all of a rush that although I'd got the May Newbies all ready to post on 1st May - I'd forgotten to do so . Still, done now!

Not my month to sort out the ISG, and I've got the Odd one ready.

Just realised I never said what arrived yesterday - a guillotine rexel classic cut 100 - (RRP £76 amazon £39) - got it on ebay new for £19.95. Excellent quality cuts.

Hey - instead of cutting my fingers with my craft knife and steel rule, I can now decapitate my thumb cleanly
