I do feel better. And blood pressure is down as well - 116/67 this morning. Okay, bit low side, but as I lose weight and get more active, my meds will need adjustment.Just gotta keep it up. Now, I am going to go lay around and read my kindle. |

You do that, Chiska. Sounds about right! Glad you're feeling better. Emmsma - you did an incredible amount of jollying and stressful meet-ups while away. Just get rested! What a fab photo, TCO, and aren't photos often better when cropped? Have finished my proofreading chore (even the maths on the graphs) and am planning for an hour free time before having to do the dinner - which is always late on a Sunday. Got bitten while getting the washing in, so might go wash or something to cool my itches down! ETA: quick bs test - 5.3 can haz a put-me-on

Hey all, home from work Another short day...a few too many of those  NEED a second job really soon....things pretty much die here after Labor Day. (Or maybe it's Memorial Day. The one in September. LOL)I can't believe Stormy is taller than me...I had the impression she was very short. (5'3" here) Go figure...LOL Well, Blue is still shorter than me, this I know!
