Wanted to go see the hobbit but that doesn't look possible. My check this week is half what it should be. Next 2 weeks will be short as well. Going from 3 clinics a week to just 1. That's a big chunk I'm out.
Haven't done any bills in 2 weeks already. Going to start piling up.
Nope, on our feet from 8:30 - 5:30 basically...with an hour off for lunch. (And believe me, I DO SIT! LOL)
I guess I should not complain. Gonna start having a lot less hours now the holiday is over I'm sad about that. And I think I still need to figure out why my feet hurt so much.
Yira, you should get support hose. I know they are old lady stockings--but I have to wear them due to a DVT I suffered 2yrs ago and I dreaded it, till I realize how much they help my legs and feet feel better! I lvoe them now!

Ah, bills - such a January topic! I paid all of mine before i left yesterday. Well, the banks probably didn't suck the $$$ out of my account til today, but as far as I was concerned, they were paid and the money was gone. Yira, you might also need to look at different shoes. The ones we have at work, I have had 2pairs in two years. After a day at work I am hobbling around the house like an old woman. And for about half an hour in the morning my feet are so sore I am almost crawling. I changed shoes two weeks ago and I can now do a 14 hr day with no or very little foot pain.

the hobbit film only got released here on boxing day, so i'm waiting a while, as it will still be very popular, especially as school holidays continue for a few more weeks.
Yira, try some of the inserts by Sr Scholls. And now I buy good shoes, like Clarks, that support my feet. You might be able to find a pair your size on eBay for not much money; people take a hit on used shoes.

And I agree with CN - support hose really help.
I'm using Dr. Scholls...that's why I wondered if they wore out. I seem to recall them helping at one time..I'd still have 'off' days, but overall I was in a lot better shape.
My legs are fine...not sure I need support hose? It's just my feet.
