Celtic Oracle (Pennick/Jackson)

This deck is out of print, but I was wondering if anyone has experience with it. There are a few decks called Celtic Oracle - here are pictures of the one I mean.

I've been doing basic three-card spreads on a nightly basis to get reacquainted with the deck, and in eleven days I've pulled The Increaser of Secrets (pictured at the link above) four times - once in the "present" position and three times (within the past five days, actually) in the "future." I'm wondering if anyone has any insight, as this is obviously telling me something.

I really like the cards...can you tell me who the artist is? Or the deck designer? I would like to do an online search to find out more about them. You mentioned that these are OOP...is there any way to purchase them through ebay or Amazon (used)???

i don't have this deck (i wish i did), but i noticed the ogham, straif, on the bottom of the card. this ogham can refer to the blackthorn tree. blackthorn equals 'increasing of secrets'.

you might want to keep your eyes open for 'thorny' experiences. it's possible that you are the one manifesting conflict(s) by your own thinking.

I found a few used copies here at Amazon, if y'all are interested. It'd be fun to discuss these with someone.

Thanks shollin...I just went to amazon, and noticed that one of the used decks, for $15.00, is for the book only, no cards...just to forewarn people who might want to buy this one: read the fine print! The new one is selling for $90.00...yikes!!!

I will keep this one in mind, though I am trying to slow down the "collecting" urge for awhile...trying to avoid stumbling into the abyss of chronic (end-stage) tarotholism!
