A Re-introduction

I am not new here, but I have been gone for a few months. There are lots of new people here, and I never really posted an introduction to begin with.

My name is Joan, I live in Maryland with my fiancee and my 2 year old son Logan. I have also lived in Massachusetts and Vermont.

I have been into Tarot for... Hmmm... four or five years? Mostly just for my own benefit. I don't have the courage to read for people I don't know, but I sometimes do it for my sister, fiancee, and mother-in-law-to-be-someday. I have learned a lot from it.

I started with the Thoth deck, then I used the Tarot of a Moon Garden for a long time (about two years) I have moved on to using various other decks, depending on my mood or question now. I like the Celtic Tarot (Gaudenzi-Tenuta, Lo Scarabeo), The Tarot Art Nouveau (Castelli, Lo Scarabeo), Il Tarocco Delle Vetrate (Scapini, Dal Negro), and I have recently fallen in love with the Fey Tarot (Minetti-Aghem, Lo Scarabeo).

In my free time, I do photography, gardening, a little sewing, sometimes I make avatars for use on Aeclectic, and I plan trips to Vegas. (I only get to go once a year, but I dream about Vegas all the time.)
