I'm assuming your laptop is a pc and not a Mac.

For some reason on their website I can't see how to create a .jpg. It only offers up a link. But..

in their apps, both Apple and Window, (not sure about Android) they'll create a .jpg for you.

Sorry! Forgot to say, no. Death is not correct. I have a Mac actually, lol! But on the mac on the left hand side it has a green button where you can upload your picture. I did that and used both url and the embeded link both but didn't work
