SWAT Head Count time... instructions
I started another thread which I believe was lost to the rebuild, but for those who missed it... We now have our proposed SWAT date decided upon as : June 3-5, 2005. In order to make the proper reservations for the campsite, I need a GUESStimate head count for those who intend to camp. Please PM Melvis if you (and yours, if applicable) will be attending and which nights you intend to camp. She will need to know the total number of campers in your party, and if you will be there Friday night, Saturday night, or both.  The proposed schedule is to meet on Friday afternoon, camp Friday and Saturday night, and vacate the campsite on Sunday afternoon. This is a two day rental. At this point, it's much more helpful for me to have an overestimate, rather than under. So please do contact her with your details, and we'll get our campsite locked on for the event!  I'd like to give everyone about 2 weeks from the time of this post to get this info to her, and then I'll get started on booking the site based on that.So even if you're not *sure*, please let us know anyhow!!! Two heads here- and then there might be 0-3 of the smaller shorter heads {ages, m.15, m.13 & f.8} , but that is doubtful considering school, but ya' never know, they like road trips. Maybe I'll bring the Pisces kid... two ...that's all for now... What about early comers and late stayers??
