power deck?

have someone here the power deck? i saw it today and it attracted me but i don't know anything about it, so i wanted to know how it works, is the art beautifull, is it a good deck, ...

You mean the 'Power deck' by Lynn Andrews? It has very lovely computer-generated artwork, but it's not tarot , by any means. I would suggest you try to find an open one and take a good look at the pictures, not buy it sight unseen for you may be disappointed. Some of the cards are quite enigmatic, and sometimes when I feel a card poses more questions than you need answers that you lose sight of the significance of the card.

For example- card #32 "Individuality" is a board/conference room full of board members but one of them is an aboriginie. In the middle of the table is some odd archetechural piece. The card description says:

"When the shield carrier reaches the top of the mountain, she never seeks approval, because approval is based on doubt. Your strength and inner wisdom are celebrated in your unique ability to view the experience of life with a new vision. Power lies in individuality and the ability to see yourself through your own eyes and not the eyes of another. To be in power, you must take your power and exist within your own individuality."

There are 45 cards in the set with a descriptive book.

Anyone else own this and have comments?

This is my mom's favorite deck. Lynn Andrews is re-issuing it, which is a good thing since my mom's deck is wearing out. I've never seen it though.
