Tigers Eye (Brown)

Hiya guys i was wondering if someone could tell me more about the gemstone Tiger Eye.
I have had a pulling power towards this stone for many years and only recently started to use it whilst doing sittings and also have a bracelet made entirely of this crystal.
It is a beautiful stone but does anyone have any idea of what it is used for i.e: healing, communication

Tiger's Eye has many different uses and many crystal healers use it for it's varied properties. It is a stunning gem. There are three main colours of tigers eyes, the common brown and gold, a slightly reddish brown with dark inclusions and the rarer form of blue/green tigers eye. I have pieces of all in my collection as well as having a few nice jewelry pieces of the brown/gold tigers eye. I try not to have my crystal jewelry set into any metal and use it with leather or on strings with non metal clasps. Reason being is that the metal is magnetic with it's own properties which can attract bad and unwanted eneriges. At the best of times I try not to wear any metal and when healing I do not wear gold even. Gold is an inert metal that doesn't usually interfere with the healing properties of stones but the problem is that the gold we wear is not PURE gold and it has other impurities in it which detract from healing uses. If my clients are feeling low and feel they are absorbing bad energy or headaches and feeling bad in company I usually advise them to remove all metal for a week or so to cleanse and regain energy.

Some properties of tigers eye are

Yin-Yang balance between the male and female energies
Aids in spiritual awareness
Aids digestion
Aids clarity and opening of the psychic eye
Brings calmness and balance
Spiritual Peace
Aids Perception
Helps weather changes

I don't USE the crystal as such but I do wear it often to help balance my energies and give me an all over feel good calmness.

There is a song called Eye of the Tiger, which was used in the Rocky movies. All about "the will" which is quite fitting to the stones properties and healing uses.

Thankyou so much for the information hun it is very useful. I too do not wear crystals that are set into metal i have a band of chip stone tigers eye for a bracelet and use it often and always carry a stone in my velvet puch in my pocket.
