"What's the problem" spread

This one is my fresh one, I just made that one up...... some girl had a problem, but didn't know the cause and how she could help herself....... so.......

1 - what is the cause of her problem
2 - what is she aware of
3 - what she had suppressed that's affecting her
4,5,6 - what should she do, what should she acknowledge



In my reading I put those 6 cards in a spread, but for a deeper insight, I put another 6 besides those (so it was 1 and 7, the second row 2,8 and 3,9 and so on).
