i just finished my first year of college, and i did this spread about a week ago, right at the very end...heres the layout i used:

sorry if its a little hard to read...basically the cards make a diamond with 4 cards to a point...the top point is cards 1-4, the left point is cards 5-8, the right point is actualy a square with cards 9-10 on top and 11-12 on bottom with card 17 on the left and 18 on the right to make that diamond, and the bottom point of the whole is cards 13-16. i put the last card, the overall outcome, card 19, in the center of it all.
