Just got the weight of the book in today, so for those that have requested multiple copies... I'll be able to send you postal charges tomorrow (for single copies, the precise weight did not make a difference, and the approximate weight, which I underestimated, still comes out at the same postal charge) It comes in at 550 grammes, which brings two copies to over the kg mark (which I had hoped to avoid). |

Finally finally finally!!! I have just been to the printers after a number of cancelled meetings over the last two weeks (one of these due to having the flu myself)... the book is finally ready, and shipments will begin next week! For those who have been ever soooooo patient, expect a parcel in transit before the end of this month! |
