Hi everybody, I'm enjoying a couple of Mary Greer's books right now (her new book is great btw) but I'm also looking to start collecting a few in-depth beginners books with card-by-card descriptions. I've been working through Tarot for Your Self for the last year & working up my own impressions, but I'd like to find something with the depth that Rachel Pollock's 78 Degrees has for the Major Arcana, but something that goes that deep for all the cards (she seems to devote less and less from the Minor Arcana court cards into the pips.) I checked out her Forest of Souls, which is nice and esoterically rich, but I'm hoping to find something that merges Dictionary of Tarot details with a warm, interpretive touch. I'm guessing there may not be one book that does it all, but can anybody make few suggestions? (I've been browsing the recommended books section here, but any additional imput would really be appreciated.) Thank you kindly, Seaweed |
