2006 solar returns anyone?

Well were halfway through the year, but that doesnt mean we cant look at solar returns!

Since I got this software (thanks to similia), I found my solar return very precisely. Anyone want to look into near future returns?

Here's a few things that are going to be happening my next solar return:

Pluto conjunct venus, both oppose moon in gemini (9/8th house and 3rd house, respectively)
Pluto and venus are both conjunct in scorpio in my natal chart also. I think it is going to be interesting to see the two together but I am a bit nervous to see what will happen. I'm guessing my emotional nature will be a little too extreme, or the opposite and be too impartial. With the saturn aspect, this could change however.

Moon sextile saturn in leo (3rd and 5th)
Maybe this is good with the venus pluto conjunction. I'll be objective with my emotions?

Saturn trine the pluto venus conjunction (5th and 8/9th)
Maybe this also will be helpful to the moon and venus

My sun is sextile neptune, and square uranus

Jupiter, mars, and mercury form a loose stellium, ranging from 26 scorpio to 2 sagittarius (in 7/8th house)
Mercury is in my natal sign of scorpio again, but paired with mars and jupiter it looks like a good group

4 water
5 fire
3 air
0 earth

7 mutable
5 fixed

Aries rising.

Mine is a little scary, but exciting as well. A couple of difficult aspects that worry me a bit. Sun in the 7th (Aries) opposing Moon in the 1st (Libra). Sun, Mercury and North Node in the 7th is exciting, especially in Aries. Good for meeting people, and working with others. Making me more agressive in pursuing things I want, which is needed. But the opposition to the Moon in Aries/1st is hard. More emotional drama is not really needed here thank you very much Hopefully Libra will go a long way to find some balance for me, and make it a harmonious time. Uranus is conjunct Venus though, so the poor lady might be a bit overwhelmed.

Worse, I have Pluto in Sag in my 4th, opposing Mars in Gemini on my 10th. Bodes well for work enterprises and the new directions I am taking in that regard. But I am also making big changes in my home life that could lead to conflicts with work eventually, and that opposition is not the best omen.... Oh dear.... A lot of fire which is nice, but I am damn well sick of Pluto at the moment.

A nice trine from Pluto to my Sun though. And some harmony between my 7th and 4th house issues. That is very good news for me. Virgo ruling my first is not exactly what I was hoping for....

Mercury is square Mars, so I'm going to have to be careful about what I say. I think I'll be prone to put my foot in my mouth a bit too often. Nothing new there....

PS I just worked out how to get a Solar Return chart out of my software, and last year I tried to do it from websites online and it was damn hard. So if anyone wants their Solar Return chart done, PM your details and an email address and I"'l happily draw it up for you. Then you can come and tell us all about it

I have good news! The good news is I clicked the wrong button on my Solar Return, and so have given this years Solar Return instead of next.

This is good for two reasons. 1) because my description above decribes this year perfectly so yay for rudimentary astrology skills , and 2) it means I don't have to go through another year the same as this one

It is also good because next year is looking good!

I have a very nice looking Grand Trine, with the Sun in Aries in my 5th, Saturn on Leo in my 8th, and Jupiter very loosely conjunct Pluto in my 12th, in Sagitarrius. A nice balance of energy there I think. Some powerful expansive energy, but Saturn brings in some practicality and materialization (I hope).

Saturn is opposing Neptune, which is not entirely a bad thing. My Neptune could do with a little bit of reigning in, and practical approach to things. And the Sun is sextile Neptune, so there is some good news there also. A chance to be creative but not too much of a dreamer perhaps.

Moon is conjunct Neptune and Mars, sextile Pluto and square Venus. So perhaps not the easiest year for my moon again, but it's squeezed into Aquarius, so I'm hopeful for some detachment at least

Well, I am having a right nightmare of a year - in tarot terms it's the equivalent of The Tower + Death + Hanged Man + 3 Swords + 10 Swords. I would be interested in knowing more about solar returns, especially if it will help to look ahead with a bit more confidence. What does it involve exactly?

I haven't looked much into my SRs, but you can PM me for a very literal expression of the following: Mercury conjunct Pluto in Sag/10th. 10th house ruler (Jupiter) in Scorpio/8th in a grand cross with Mars, Saturn-Neptune opposition. Or see if you can guess lol!

btw, you'd figure with that fixed grand cross it would be a crappy or at least challenging year for me? No way - even though my last SR had a Sag stellium in 1st, it was much much worse. If I had to venture a guess it's b/c last year's SR had sun square moon while this year's sun is all sextiles and trines. I've worked hard but things are flowing nicely. The older SR year was like running into a brick wall. Repeatedly!

Here is a nice site for interpreting solar returns. I have a Sun Venus Mars conjunction for my next cycle. That should be interesting.
