What are these cards...
OK, this isn't really a game, but I can't classify this as a "your reading" either. So the best place to put it is here. The game is; "What are these cards?" I did a reading for a friend of mine, a couple of weeks ago. It didn't really make sense to her then. I wrote the whole thing out in my journal, as I do with most of my readings. It's the only reading in my whole journal that I didn't name the cards. I've gone through my whole journal and every single reading has the cards listed except this one. WHAT WAS I THINKING. And to add, the reason why I need to know, is because she had a major happening. I want to see if the cards I had even they didn't make sense then, if they make sense now. So here is the game. I'm going to give the reading. You give me the cards. I used the Gilded Tarot. Here is the spread ........3 ..1.........4 ..2.........5 1. Situation 2. Problem 3. Solution 4. New Insights / What you are unaware of 5. Conclusion / Summary Here is the reading You are pretty happy and content with your life as it is. You enjoy what you have and you don't worry too mcuh about what you don't ( I think this is a court) Currently a problem has presented itself that has your logic fighting with your emotions. You need to remove the emotion to gain a better perspective. Don't pine over this problem. It's just an excuse to avoid the bigger issue If you feel the solution to this is to fight, make sure you ar aware of the consequences. Will the fight be worth it? What do you think yo will gain from it? Fighting may seem like the easiest way but maybe comproise would serve everyone better ( I think this is the 5 of wands) You might gain a better perspective if you retreat and compare what you know and what you believe. Don't forget paitience is a virtue. You need some alone time. Remove yourself from the situation. On a lighter note, now would be a good time to try something new, learn a new skill, or work on a new project or put your current skills to use. This might go hand in hand with your time alone. (I think this is the page of pentacles) I'd appreciate any help. Mods if you consider this a reading, I apologize. Ruby |

heh. This is actually a fun gamey sort of thing... I like the idea of it...good exercise! And I am probably way off...but these would be the cards I associate with these meanings... [QUOTE ] You are pretty happy and content with your life as it is. You enjoy what you have and you don't worry too mcuh about what you don't ( I think this is a court)[/QUOTE] my first thought was 9 of pentacles...it feels very pentacle-y to me. But you say it's a court...so I would go with Queen of cups Quote:

Like I said...i am sure I am 100% wrong! ...but it's interesting that some meanings can reflect in different cards. It puts all my work into a new perspective!

Thanks Chronata. I'll have to put the cards you suggested out and see if that jobs my memory. |

Ruby, I tagged on to Chronata's comments so everything is together. Here are my guesses. [RubyRuby]You are pretty happy and content with your life as it is. You enjoy what you have and you don't worry too much about what you don't ( I think this is a court) [Chronata]** my first thought was 9 of pentacles...it feels very pentacle-y to me. But you say it's a court...so I would go with Queen of cups. [zannamarie]---This also sounds like a pentacle card to me but none of the court pentacles seemed to fit this. Maybe a 5 or 6 of pentacles? My other thought was maybe it was a major such as the Fool (being happy go lucky). [RubyRuby]Currently a problem has presented itself that has your logic fighting with your emotions. You need to remove the emotion to gain a better perspective. Don't pine over this problem. It's just an excuse to avoid the bigger issue [Chronata]** hmmmm...I'd say 6 of swords... and yet...4 of cups keeps flashing through my mind... [zannamarie]---I was thinking this sounded like the 5 of cups although it could be the 4 as well. You emphasize emotion so I'm leaning toward it being a cup card. [RubyRuby]If you feel the solution to this is to fight, make sure you ar aware of the consequences. Will the fight be worth it? What do you think yo will gain from it? Fighting may seem like the easiest way but maybe comproise would serve everyone better ( I think this is the 5 of wands) [Chronata]**I agree... 5 of wands [zannamarie]---This sounds like 5 of Swords - the "no win" card to me. [RubyRuby]You might gain a better perspective if you retreat and compare what you know and what you believe. Don't forget paitience is a virtue. You need some alone time. Remove yourself from the situation. [Chronata]**The Hermit...or 9 of wands [zannamarie]---I also think the Hermit. [RubyRuby]On a lighter note, now would be a good time to try something new, learn a new skill, or work on a new project or put your current skills to use. This might go hand in hand with your time alone. (I think this is the page of pentacles). [Chronata]**hee! Page or 3 of pents works here! [zannamarie]---I agree with the Page of Pentacles. Good luck remembering.
