Crystal Elixirs Anyone?

Every time I open my books on crystals the section on 'crystal elixirs' catches my eye, but till now I have shied away.

I've been feeling extremely lethargic, dull and demotivated lately and was wondering if there's an crystal elixir that may help uplift my spirits?

If you've tried crystal elixirs, I would love to learn from your experience about the benefits
