how can i upgrade?

hi guys!
i need a tech. advice.
i want to upgrade my membership but my country is not listed on pay pal's list; what do i do?

I wrote to Solandia, i hope we'll find out a solution for this situation. It's a bit complicated with payments from "these" countries

, but if i can't do it from here, i'll ask some friends who live in EU countries to pay for me.
