FYI reminder: Jeannette and that Dan Guy from Tarot Garden will be at the Collinsville Convention Center on August 2-5th with loads of goodies. And with enough lead time, we could all get together and do dinner at Zapata’s! |

Well AL hasn't gotten back to me, and since it is the first week of June I think it is time to start nailing down a date for those who wanna get together. I have gone back onto second shift which means Mondays and Tuesdays are my days off, it would work great for me if it was those days but if you can't make it I'm sure that it can still be arranged to have a Tarot Group without me. This is what I was thinking: If AL doesn't get back to me soon we can shoot for the 18th of June at the Borders in Fairview Heights if Robotic wants to join us. However if it is only you and I, SoS, I'm sure you can probably just come over to the house for a while. If she does get back to me soon this will all change of course, I'm trying to get everyone's schedule to fit together. Speaking of which why are Saturdays better for you? |

Well, Monday mid- day between 4 to 8 would be fine with me. I'm saying Saturdays would be good , as I'm probably going to go register for Driver's Ed. Those classes usually go from 12 Noon to 3 or 4 in the day, five days a week. That's why I mentioned just above, Mondays after 4 would be good, too. How about this Monday, June 11th, 3 O' Clock? |

By the way, Tabi, I don't think I gave feedback for your Lunatic reading. I'll get on that. |

Because that only gives everyone a week to get things together, which isn't I know AL can't get everything together in that short of time. I know that Robotic has a strange schedule also. If it is just you and I the 11th works fine, if you just want to meet at my house we can do a mini-meeting between us and then the one after if anyone else is interested in coming. tabi ps....coming (<--that is suppose to be COMPLETELY) forgetten about it. I'm such a dork at times. And now you are sounding Tim-ish with the "gal" thing. So what do you think of it? I have only done two readings with mine, one for the vac-k relief guy and one for myself both straight to the point, no frills. Shikha seems very sweet from all that I have communicated with her. I have done several readings for her. I wanna see the bag though. :wiggling eyebrows: I need some for all of my decks and it is the one thing that I never seem to buy for some strange damn reason. I suck at crytals. That teeth grinding "Oh what a pretty rock" does however get on my nerves since I do know some basic stuff, but what is a double tourmalined good for? |

As for my Tarot of the Dead, I am very Fond of it. This tarot picked up well on my concern, it gave an accurate, cut and dry reading. It explains itself well. I'm very fond of the artwork: very lovely, cute, and Vivid! The Tarot seems to have this redundant , sarcastic humour towards death, and I Love that!!! This tarot does seem to show the fun, attitude, and Beliefs of the Day of the Dead. The back of the cards have the quilted patterns with the skulls and roses, and I am very fond of that. In fact, I often found my self drifting my gaze to the backs while I reading. As for the Minors, one should make sure they look at what number of the card they are looking at, as it can be confusing at first glance. I'm not used to seeing Minors formatted like playing cards. This is something I'll get used to. No biggie here. All in all, I am pleased with this deck. Shikha is a sweet girl, and the bag I don't think would be interesting to you, but I'll bring it along. It is black and turquoise, with big mirror sequiens and beading, and has a long thin strap you carry it on your shoulder. I don't like it when people call gemstones "pretty rocks" either. They have many capabilities. The double termaline crystals are the wands with pointed ends. They are good for aiming the energy towards a particular spot through the point if you are are doing gemstone therapy. For example: If you were to use an Amethyst for a migraine, you'd place the point at the the spot with the most pressure to help transmute the energy of the Amethyst to the pressure point.
