born in the early 1900's and is now deceased, well known lady Llewellyn deck base: queen of wands self made, warm heart, courage and conviction - she values accomplishment, through hard work and determination she overcame greaat obstacles.... looks: 6 of swords * lovers Light colored but warm and very attractive - sexy, she overcame a lot and was quite appealing personality: Ace of pents * 4 of swords likes to be alone - solitude - meditation - creative successful - money was offered to her - she didn't want for material things career: knight of swords * 10 of Cups charge! Dashing and impulsive, singleminded - her goal overshadowed all including her love. Could it be romance novels....or matters of the heart? Maybe a psychologist. I think she could have been a writer - lots of words.... family: 5 of Cups * High Priestess Saddness in love, I think she was divorced, she was alone in the end - left to her own devices as for a guess....we all know how well I do with that.....let me think a bit. no one is jumping to my mind.....

Getting Anais Nin as I shuffle but here's the draw: Looks: 5 Cups R- A hopeful expectant look. Perhaps somewhat angelic, or otherworldly. Girlish or with twinkling eyes. I'm getting that Judy Garland singing "Over the Rainbow look" . Dark hair, dreamy. Career: 8 Coins -Worked hard but with natural talent. Committed. Was able to reinvent herself and was honest and frank. Personality: 8 Wands- Fast, either as a worker or talker. Not dishonest. Someone witty, or who was involved in quick communications- repartee, or someone who did something fast like a racer, runner, pilot, jockey, dancer. Family: 3 CupsR- Problems with alcohol or drugs in the family. Perhaps also the family 'fell from grace' somehow or lost prestige. Something Special: Chariot R- Definitely a fall from grace, or an actual accident. Defeat, Failure. I will be gone away until the reveal so here's my guess: Dreamy looking, Natural talent, worked hard, speed, fall... Amelia Earhart Though I am not sure she wasn't born very late 1800's. |

Okie dokie, here goes with my pocket RWS. Looks: 6 of Wands Confident bearing, what Victorian authors would have described as "regal." Well-dressed, though not necessarily elegant. Practical shoes. No-nonsense demeanor. If good looking, handsome rather than pretty. Personality: 9 of Swords Had to overcome lots of self-doubt. Highly intelligent, analytical and imaginative. Tendency to procrastinate. Deliberated a lot and may have kept people guessing about her true intentions. Could keep a secret; may have been perceived as difficult. I'm thinking she wasn't always easily understood. Career: Knight of Cups Helping others? Something in the public eye, so, if artistic, an actor rather than a writer. I'm drawing a blank. I really want to put her in social services, but you said really well known. Personal life: Page of Pentacles Let's go with the traditional "perpetual student." Had a good support structure, or required a lot of help and support from family or intimates. Trust and issues of trust more important that usual. Personal life a retreat from outside pressures. Something special: Temperance Had to overcome a lot & may have used this experience as a turning point in her career. I want to say Helen Keller, but she was born in the 19th century. I have no idea, but if you provide a clue, I'm willing to guess. __________________ “A man is a delicate creature. Bars are indispensable for his freedom.” --mizu shōbai furniture catalogue |

well, so far, you all have come through with a few good details of this lady. no, it's not Amelia nor is it Helen. Far off there--here's a clue--- a woman who everyone knows and most everyone grew up knowing and loving. practically a household name! she's close to someone who was already a mystery person......................... |

LOL, I have NO hope of ever guessing this one. Back to stinking at the game, I'm thinking. Good to know things are back on track.

I pulled 4 of cups, 10 of cups and 2 of wands from the Victorian Romantic and all I keep thinking is Kathryn Hepburn. |
