sugilite and nightmares

I had really bad nightmares felt drained i used sugilite rhodnnite and rose quartz.

and the name caroline johnson/johnston kept coming up. i feltt freaked out and i slept really heavey. woken up really grumpy and tearful.

i need something to change my mood to happier,calmer and peceful

any ideas?
