Essential Meditations Deck

I was browsing through my decks and came upon this one which I like. I have several of the decks that Chronicle Books of San Francisco puts out, my favourites being The Relax Deck and The Perfect Calm Deck.

This one is called The Essential Meditations Deck. One of the things I like are the simple illustrations and simple focusing and meditative exercises outlined on the back of the cards. They are good for single draws or as a clarifying card for a larger reading with another oracle or tarot deck. They also might be useful as a pre-reading deck, where you draw a card and focus your energy for reading.

All the Chronicle Decks have 50 cards and these ones are 3 x 4 5/8 inches or 77 x 117 mm. They have a beautiful matte laminate and feel wonderful.
