Clocks make me crazy
That Tower: that's a clock being smashed, isn't it? Reason enough by itself for me to fall in love with this deck. Great idea for the Tower, by the way, since everything is structured by hours and minutes these days.

Thanks Greycats! ![]() I have done a bit more work on the B+W moon, because after having to change pens she seemed much fainter than the other cards. Hopefully she's a bit bolder now! Off I go to add some paint... Blessings, Em xx __________________ "Emily Carding is mad-woman-visionary-artist of the first order. The coloured Moon is done! The new ink I have is so very NOT waterproof, but I have tried to make it work to my advantage. Thanks Suz- and have you noticed the hoof? She is a Vila, capable of appearing as a wolf, a horse, a falcon a swan or a beautiful woman- they are dangerously seductive, viscious warriors and can be helpful if they take a liking to you! However, I'm not sure you would ever REALLY know where you stood with one...Blessings, Em xx __________________ "Emily Carding is mad-woman-visionary-artist of the first order. Hmm...I'm afraid the hoof just looks like the back of her heel as she kneels down to me. Doesn't take away the beauty of the picture, tho.

Thanks Firefrost And good luck with your hunting, Suz!Here's the black and white High priestess, based on an image of 'Our lady of the Rocks' in Boka Bay, and the icon which resides on the altar there, for which it is said, the whole place was built, including the island! I chose this location for this card not only because of it's feminine mystical nature and air of legends and secrets, but also because it is surrounded by water, the element of intuition. I'll find time to add colour tomorrow ![]() Blessings, Em xx __________________ "Emily Carding is mad-woman-visionary-artist of the first order. Thanks Suz! Here are the pics I finally used as references...(Working from life/references is NOT one of my strengths, but I am trying and working hard! ) Em xx __________________ "Emily Carding is mad-woman-visionary-artist of the first order.
