Favorite Companion book?

I am beginning to enjoy Robert Place's tarot of buddha companion book
also i herd good things about The Saki-Saki companion book although I had this book I traded it along with the deck so I never had a look at it.

Cortez's writing is truly beautiful. It doesn't feel like she's trying to brainwash you or convince you. She simply...tells a tale. And suddenly you are following her. This book is a precious, you know, it was sorta expensive for me (they haven't published the deck & book in Brazil, of course, but i was lucky to find the deck in a library that sells imported stuff and i asked them to get the book for me ) but i don't regret the money i spent on it. It was worth every cent!

And i love - LOVE - the two colors, the red & the black...the way they blend, and look so good together. Everything in this book blends harmoniously: texts, poetry, fantastic tales and fortune telling...perfectly.

I got another deck. First because i want to have a spare one in case my current suffers any 'attack', and second, because i'm afraid this one might go OOP. And people only see how some decks are worth it after no one is publishing them, then the price skyrockets =/

If you really love this deck & book, like me, i'd recommend getting another set. Getting another copy of the book, for me, would be difficult right now (no $$$ available), but i may try in a not-so-distant future.

Another thread rescurrection! I loved reading through this thread. I just got the Arthurian Tarot and now I'm thinking about the Legend and getting the companion book.

I'm love to hear more thoughts on your favorite companion books, especially ones that could be used with other decks or contain unique spreads. I'm sure that there are lots of new ones since this thread was from 2007!
