I have been getting into hypnosis here of late to better my life. I listen to subliminal music to open myself up. I'm also working on meditation and working on my chakras. Mostly healing and working on my third eye. I also have been in communication with my spirit guide who talks to me in dreams and while I am in the Lake, swimming. Yes, I said while I swim about.

I have known for a long time that I do know when something is about to happen or is happening. Most of the time I play it down as being paranoid and I do my best to zone out of any of these thoughts.
But as I am swimming around at the Lake, Monday, I hear this voice, just as clear as mine. "You are going to lose your ring and it will be an emotional loss." Silly me looks at the ring on my right hand. It is two silver wires twisted and wrapped to create a doubled tiny ring with one wire running through a tourquoise stone on it. My oldest daughter gave it to me after coming back from Oklahoma. The only other ring I wear is a silver band with slivers of tourqoise stones all around it. It matches hubbies band. He gave it to me years ago. It was mine and I loved it.

When I heard this voice, I ignored it. If this happens to you...don't do that. If you are working on your third eye and communicating with your Spirit guide don't ignor voices. Its better to talk outloud to your spirit guide and be thought of as crazy than to lose something that has an emotional attachment to it. Being crazy is only a state of mind that seems normal anymore.

Now, I know exactly where that ring is at. But its not for me to have right now. I accept that part with a sad nakedness that comes from deep within me. I knew this would happen before I heard this voice. Recently I had a emotion come over me that was very strange. That I would lose my "relation/bond/strength" through water with my husband. I didn't have a clue as to what that ment! How was I to figure out that this meant my ring would fall off in our lake? LOL!
Last year here at the Lake, that very spot where my ring lies, was bone dry. Now the lake is so full and beautiful. Go figure this one out. I know there is another message there, but its not clear as of yet.

This year seems to be a year of change and cleansings. As I open myself up to more gifts and understandings, I slip back into a past time where shutting off things was a safe emotional arena to live in. I ask to know more, I meditate to reach Kundalini rising and I hide from what is shown & given to me. Talk about being of two minds. I see another cleansing coming...sigh.

My point here is, if you are going to open up, to reach out and grow, don't let yourself live in olden times.
Release, heal and let go of the old ways of dealing with life. Because when things begin to happen to you, you will need to be ready to move foward. Not slip back into a protective shell.

Step up or step off.
Now to take my own advice.

I love it - step up or step off

I have been having intense enlightment, development, illumination within for the past few years now.

This sunday evening Im text messaging with a friend, as we do everyday - and nothing. We say goodnite, and he tells in the last sms, that he will be driving nite/morning instead of evening as usual. My throat chakra goes nuts, and I tell him; that message is making me extremely nervous, please drive with extra care. He takes it with him and drives carefully, is messaging me along the way to let me know how far he is. He got to his destination in one piece ... point; listening to the voices or gut feelings wont ever bring us the answer, if it was called for - thank heavens yet, I have no doubt what so ever; that did I (or he) infact disregard the hunch as *nothing* he would have ended up in a car accident with 3 broken ribs and a punctured lung. (how I saw him in the throat chakra).

Thing is - we only know for sure when we wind up with a sad ending

...but sometimes you can ignore it for a long time and then it grabs you and PULLS you forwad ! lol Ask me how I know this !

Its also worth remembering that the more we progress the more able we are to deal with the issues that arise along the way. The little tests and big tests are seen in new light and we learn more this way than by floating along at ease.

I love that you shared this with us. Listening is a very simple and yet complicated thing to do. Listen, hear, absorb.

I just started with hot flashes. Today I finally realized what had been happening the last two days. How thick is that?? This totally new physical thing is going on and I don't really figure it out for two full days, maybe more.

I wonder if you are hiding or just uncoiling areas of tension and allowing the body, mind and spirit to become receptive. We who are so full sometimes have a hard time allowing the new in, allowing the old out.

Yes, I am cleansing with you. Learning and loving, letting go, shedding tears and wondering what the next voice will bring. You may see me some day as you wander, I know I'll be looking for you.

omg! I know right!

I have a small story but please don't think I'm weird. All my life I've felt the presence of something around me and I kept having these vivid dreams of a man whose face was always in shadow. I knew he was the presence I felt. Then one night I was out dancing and I could feel him near me. Then on the ride home I swear he was sitting next to me. He was always there, sitting in my bedroom on a stool, I never sat on that stool ever again. I always left it open for him. Then one day one of my friends was shot in a robbery. I asked him to go with her and to help her pass, we knew she was going to die. It took quite some time for him to return to me. But he did with the same stalker-ish behavior.

I'm always so tempted to ask him to show himself to me so that I can finally see his face. But I was always too chicken. Like I almost prefer thinking I'm nuts than to see him really sitting there in the car next to me. I'd run off the road for sure. And have him there in my bedroom? I'd freak.

At least you are brave enough to ask. Step up or step off... quite the quandry. Maybe I will work up the nerve, when I'm ready.

I'm afraid curiosity would have got the better of me long ago, I like mysteries but I like getting the answer to them even more. You ever consider the potential of that relationship and what you could have achieved together, mind boggling.

Little by little, just like any relationship. Just go along as it feels good to do it!
