R E I K I - Level Two
Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing. The word “Rei” means Universal and “Ki” means life energy. Reiki is administered by “laying on hands” and techniques such as this have been practiced for thousands of years. Reiki is a very simple yet powerful technique that can be easily learned by anyone. Reiki can be used for self-healing and relaxation or to be channeled to others.

Course Description: The class is a combination of lecture, discussion and experience. Students will receive two attunements during the course of the day, which will enhance the participants ability to channel Reiki.

Students will learn:
* Reiki symbols and meaning behind them
* How to draw symbols
* Techniques in using Power Symbol, Emotional & Mental Healing Symbol and Distant Healing Symbol
* Review Hand Positions
* Basic Anatomy
* Overview of Chakras
* Useful Affirmations

Your Teacher: Stacy Armstrong received her certification from the International School of Shiatsu in Doylestown, PA. As an associate member of the American Organization for Body Therapies of Asia, Stacy practices Zen Shiatsu as well as Shin Tai Shiatsu. Stacy is a Reiki Master and has studied healing practices of Andean Shamanism with Don Theo Paredes, Ph.D. and Ruben Orellana. For the past seven years, she has successfully integrated Reiki and Shamanism with Shiatsu Massage in her private healing practice. She also has extensive knowledge of alternative medicine and can offer recommendations to support her clients' well-being.

Directions (please follow the mileage - these are country roads and some road signs are hard to see):
From I-78 East or West, take Exit 49B - Rt. 100 North / Fogelsville, Exit 49 B.
From the first traffic light in Fogelsville, proceed North (straight) on Rt. 100 for 2.7 miles.
Turn left on to Clausville Rd. Travel 2.4 miles.
Turn right onto Boger Stadt Rd. Travel 0.75 mile.
Turn right onto Valley Rd. Travel 0.2 mile.
Turn left into the driveway. The number on the mailbox is 8895.
