Goddess Inspiration Oracle by Kris Waldherr

I just saw these cards here on AT. They look beautiful. So many Goddess-decks outthere, I can´t really decide which one would be best for me. For those of you who have the Goddess Inspiration Oracle by Kris Waldherr, what do you think of it?

Don't know if this helps, but I'm the creator of the Goddess Inspiration Oracle. There is an "official" website at http://www.goddessinspiration.net -- you can view the cards, read an excerpt, and try a free reading with it. If you have any questions, feel free to send me a message.

best,
kris waldherr

Hi kris, thank you for stopping by! What an honor! Thanks for providing the link to your website too, you have done a fantastic job there. The online oracle was beautiful, and I loved the little glittering stars that was spread out across the page.

Is there a list anywhere of all the Goddesses represented in the oracle? Would the Book of Goddesses function as an extensive accompanying book to the oracle?

Many blessings,

Embla

Kris, the new oracle looks wonderful! I encourage everyone to use the link she gave to take the test to see what goddess you are (I'm Isis) and to check out the online reading of the Goddess Inspiration Oracle!

So glad you liked the site!

There is a list of the goddesses included in the GIO. It's part of a free excerpt from the set, and includes 12 cards and divinitory meanings. The excerpt can be downloaded after folks sign up for my newsletter at http://www.artandwords.com. However, I should really make the list of goddesss more easily available on the site -- when I next update, I'll do that.

Here's the list of goddesses:

Abeona, Aditi, Aine, Ajysit, Amaterasu, Annapurna, Anuket, Astarte, Athena, Baba Yaga, Bastet, Benzai-ten, Berchta,. Brigit, Changing Woman, Chang O, Cimidye, Cybele, Danu, Demeter, Diana, Erda, Erzulie, Fortuna, Freyja, Fricka, Gaia, Glispa, Gwenhywfar, Haltia, Hathor, Haumea, Hekate, Heqet, Hera, Hsi Wang Mu, Huchi-Fuchi, Hygeia, Iduna, Inanna, Isamba, Isis, Juno, Kali Ma, Kishijoten, Kuan Yin, Lakshmi, Lalita, Maia, Maman Brigitte, Mama Quilla, The Moirae, The Muses, Mut, Nügua, Nut,. Nyai Loro Kidul, Ogboinba, Oshun, Oya, Pajau Yan, Pele, Persephone, Psyche, Rati, Rhiannon, Saci, Sarasvati, Sehkmet, Shakti, Sophia, Spider Woman, Tara, Tlazolteotl, Ukemochi, Venus, Xochiquetzal, Yemanja, Zhinu, The Zorya.

I think that the Book of Goddesses would serve as a nice addendum to the Goddess Inspiration Oracle. However, there's a 120 page guidebook included in the Oracle kit, which offers a lot of information.

hope this helps!

Great site as well - I got Juno and my birthday is in June - can't believe I didn't find it sooner as I have the Goddess and Lovers Path Tarots.
