CRonenberg good-not-great. I'd call it a B+, structural problems with the script, acting superb (Viggo should have gotten the Oscar LAST year for HoV). Comparisons are odious but not as resonant or great as History of Violence. Persian for dinner...

Teddy is not a reptile, doesn't have feathers, doesn't have four legs, doesn't have fur, is neither a cat, bat, or tribble, and apparently doesn't like to eat certain types of bugs. She hasn't answered (I don't think) whether he has teeth, is actually a bug, or is a beanie baby.

But it's a good question in that we did find out he was "real". We didn't find out if he was "living".

Oh, yes. He doesn't "drink the morning dew", and he can be hidden behind a lapel.
