Mystery Person #168

Thought I'd get in quick and put one up before I head of to bed for the night. I don't spend a lot of time on the computer over the weekends, but I'll be back in the morning, and then when I can, to add feedback.

Have been thinking of this person for a few days now. Our MP is female and deceased. Go for it!

Thanks Neely!!

Looks/personality: 7 of swords * 6 of Wands
She was shifty looking, nervous, dark haired. She stood tall and proud. She was accomplished and enjoyed the notiriety. Something about her smile and her eyes..... She took pride in her accomplishments and did everything within her power to win. She didn't care if she crossed anyone when a goal was in sight.

Career: 9 of pents * Queen of Wands
OH yes she was accomplished and proud of herself. She knew who she was. She was extremely creative and energetic and could take that energy forward. She could do anything she set her mind to! She had a very strong will and she had plenty of resources! She was well supported!

Home/Family: 3 of Wands * Page of Swords
She had her sights set elsewhere - I think she did have at least one child but her mind was not on being a homemaker - she had vision and plans to implement and dreams to make come true. I also think she had to silence wagging tongues.

LITERAL: 5 of Swords
She had to control her anger.... use her words ... she had to stand up for herself and be heard. She fought adversity and people who didn't agree with her and were jealous. But she stood firm! Unwavering.

Why would I know her? Page of Cups * 3 of Cups

She was an artist of sorts....creative type. A writer! Could be a muscian or composer....but I think she wrote.....

?

using the Golden Tarot. The empress reversed threw out while shuffling. I feel she had lost a child or more in her lifetime. that was my immediate thought when I saw it.

4 swords, hermit reversed, ace coins reversed
Was this woman ill for a major part of her life, or battling a condition of some sort all of her life? Like depression even? I feel this with the 4swords, esp. being next to the Hermit card rev. The ace of coins reversed makes me feel like she was treated for this condition, whatever it was, but it may have been a condition also kept quiet & not well known about her.

WHAT WAS HER CAREER:World reversed, 10 wands reversed, ace of cups
Not a job she was thrilled with, but it was one that is rewarding in it's onw ways. The Ace of cups makes me feel like this job enabled her to give to others, and that is what she enjoyed most. the 10 of wands revesred shows to me that she spent a lot of time with this career. Lots of work.

FAMILY:ace wands rev., king wands rev., sun rev.
she did have a family, and possibly a son as well. in the beginning i turned over the empress card reversed, and was suddenly feeled with the emotion of a loss of a child. this sun reversed, is this the child lost? was it a son? Teh ace of wands reversed also makes me feel like she was searching for something/someone she will never be able find again, like the loss of a child. The king of wands reversed I feel represents this woman MP, who just dwelled much on her loss.

leaving it here for the moment. will wait for feedback before I try more cards.

Using my Fey...

PERSONALITY: QUEEN OF PENTACLES. During her younger years, she was considered a beauty. She looked younger than her real age, and had some sort of mischievious look. She was juvenile, but centered. She was reasonable, sensible. But she was a flirt, though.

CAREER: 9 OF PENTACLES. Royalty, perhaps? I'm guessing she married well, perhaps above her expectations. She was a lady of leasure. She liked exotic animals, perhaps she had a parrot.

WHAT MADE HER FAMOUS: THE TOWER. Some disgrace. She was living in a bubble. She was used to old customs, but they were going to disappear. And what those ideas were gone, so was she...

Knight cups a romantic woman, imaginative, perhaps into the arts, temperamental at times, dramatic.

Queen swords a very clever, intelligent woman who did things her way with an air of independence about her.

6 wands she did well in her life and career, she achieved a great deal, perhaps she was honoured for her successes.

Justice a fair minded woman who listened to what people had to say, but swift with retribution.

Lovers married?

Page wands enthusiastic and adventurous type, wanted to see and do.

Fool again adventurous but took risks in order to further herself and career, probably quite stupid at times.

Knight swords intellect and action.

Queen pents warm, welcoming, loyal and generous.

10 pents a stable family life.

4 swords dead

Yes to dark haired, stood tall and proud (despite actually being petite). She was definitely accomplished and proud and very determined. I am amazed when I see the list of things she was involved in. I don't think she looks shifty though.

Spot on! Not much more I can say. She was definitely energetic and creative.

Yes, she had two children. I can't find a lot about her family though. She was so active with other things that it had to cut into her family time though.

She was definitely heard. She stood up and spoke for those who needed someone to be on their side. She would have had opposition for sure, but I feel she was unwavering in her support.

Yep, definitely cretive, but she was not a musician. She did write, but that's not what she's known for.

Good stuff!

Not sure about losing a child. I didn't come across anything about it.

Yes, she did battle an illness for most of her adult life. She wasn't treated in the usual way for this illness as she felt it wasn't a good treatment for her. She did remain quite healthy though and achieved a lot despite her illness. It wasn't something I knew about until I did more research on her. I don't know how many would have known.

She actually chose her career. She was instrumental in the beginning of what she is known for. She did give to others, a lot. And I think this is what she enjoyed most. Yes, she did spend a lot of time with it, and all the other things she was involved with.

Yes, she had a family, two daughters. Can't find anything about a son, or the loss of a child. She seems quite happy in what I have found out about her.

I'm sure some would have considered her a beauty. She did look younger than she was, and it some pictures she does have a mischevious smile. Definitely very centered. From what I've read she was a lot of fun.

Not really royalty. She was a Dame Commander of the Order of the British Empire though. Yes, she was married. Far from a lady of leisure though. This lady was passionate about helping people and would not have had much down time, going by her list of involvements and achievements.

Bit cold here. What she became famous for, did turn some heads and during her career she was under attack from people who didn't agree with her thinking, but she actually changed the way a lot of people thought and acted.

Thanks for having a go!

I'd say yes to these.

Quote:

Yes again, very intelligent. Created something herself.

Quote:

Yes, did very well. Won a number of awards and was even awarded Dame Commander of the Order of the British Empire (DBE)

Quote:
Justice a fair minded woman who listened to what people had to say, but swift with retribution.
Yes, she listened. She stood for those who could not help themselves.

Quote:
Lovers married?
Yep

Quote:
Page wands enthusiastic and adventurous type, wanted to see and do.
Yes, she travelled a lot for her work. She wasn't afraid to try different things. I even read a report of her sitting in the jungle with a medicine man treating her, because she wanted to get pregnant again.

Quote:
Fool again adventurous but took risks in order to further herself and career, probably quite stupid at times.
Yes, starting her business was a risk as it was unconventional at the time. Many people would have been against her ideas. She was under public attack a few times. During her working life she would have put herself physical danger a few times as well.

Quote:
Knight swords intellect and action.
Yes, full of action and very clever

Quote:
Queen pents warm, welcoming, loyal and generous.
Yes, I read reports where people were actually surprised when they met her, as they were expecting someone harsher and feistier than she actually was. She was warm and generous, welcomed even those she wasn't expecting.

Quote:
10 pents a stable family life.
Yes, married and had two children.

Quote:
4 swords dead
Yes, within the last 12 months

There's a few hints for you all
