Oh, I'm sure it's all right, my dear. I had some earlier. It's so lovely having things served to one on little trays, isn't it. I remember in the old days going to a matinee at the theatre and they'd serve tea and sandwiches on little trays in the interval. Of course, those charming little touches are all gone now. I remember when I was last at the theatre, one had to stand in a long queue . . . and then the tea wasn't even served in a pot . . . just straight in the cup. But I do like the theatre, don't you? Do you go to the theatre very much these days?

Oh, when I can - but alas, my focus has been so on my art that it has gone by the wayside! However, I vividly recall a production of "Look Homeward Angel" that I saw in my youth, starring Lillian Hellman.
