In the Celtic tarot, the woman on the 2 cups is wearing what appears to be a brown leather headband. Her hair reaches down beyond her thigh and is tied with a leather string what other card has a woman with hair tied in this fashion. |

The Celtic Dragon Tarot, Strength card has a woman with hair tied back that way. There is also a small blue dragon at her feet. Where else is there a blue dragon?
