spiders again..

Short dream ! I was in my house, saw something crawling on the rug that I thought was a spider. Stood on it hard and then found it was a tiny kitten. (the same size as a spider lol) I was so upset.

That's a rather distressing dream-
is there something within yourself that you are having to 'crush' in case others find it unpleasant, but that you feel sad at having to do?

It could be your subconscious is telling you that it's a mistake to repress or kill off something that you think might be ugly- it's actually very precious and needs nurturing.

Depending upon how you feel about cats! but they are often symbolic of spirituality and esoteric knowledge, (think of the one in the RWS Queen of Wands card) so is this something you are hiding, to keep the peace with someone?

I would be inclined to think that you are being warned to pay closer attention to your environment and not jump to conclusions. You must gather more information before acting.
Is there something (or someone)that causes a knee-jerk reaction in you? Other than spiders that is.

You might be trying to "kill" or "step" on something inside you, you your self find to be a negtive side in your personality - only its not, its actually a rather "cute" and positive side.

Both Spiders and Cats are extremely domestic and protective - creative and intellectual - divine creatures with exellent balance and well thought out "murderish motherhood".

Seems to me, you have in you - to protect with all means and a highly developed understanding of divination - those are strong points, so why kill them?
