Don't take it all so seriously. Alright, I can do that. Sure. I'm feeling a bit silly and fey this morning anyway. Might have something to do with the small amount of sleep in the last two nights . . . damn Tarot.

I had Death as my card... which completely makes sense!

Part of letting go of the old to make room for the new that occurred today was to get rid of a tarot deck I couldn't connect which was traded for a new deck

I also received Victorian Romantic today and its lesson I have to learn is 8 of Cups. I could hear the woman weeping so loud while she is walking, that once again is time to let go of the past and move forward!

Myk the Myomancer

I think this has a double meaning for me today. There is a task at work that i've been walking around, involving a Hel of a lot of paperwork from years and years back, and more numbers than I know what to do with, and LOTS of details! I need to get my teeth into that and sort out what needs doing and what has been completed. It's been mismanaged to now, to say the least.

But I suspect that Myk has other plans for me, as well. I hope that I can live up to them, because it's something that I enjoy, seeing the smaller things. I like the "hint" at the end of the discussion - that if I can sort out what the question is, the answer becomes easier to recognise.

Oooh! Okay . . . I'm inclined to see my issues with my mother in everything these days, and this is no different. Since I have no other pressing issues, I will spend today (sick day) dwelling on the possibility of me being in the wrong in our situation.

But I don't think I am. *shrugs*

THE SINGER OF INTUITION ... I love the Singers, they are so bright and full of energy. I hope getting her today does not mean that I have lost my 21 Ways to Read a Tarot Card work journal ... but it just might .... hope I am wrong. Other than that, I think she he is here to encourage me to keep following my intuition about how much activity I can handle per day as I get over this horrible flu. I honestly do think she is connected to my healing and letting me know I am on the right track, but to not overdo, and keep paying attention to my intuition.

I have had this card previously as my daily fae card so it's telling me to see the light within me and around me... spend a lot of time in nature and admire the beauty everywhere

The Piper came to me to tell me that I have lost lately my softer and warmer side.

I'm so busy, the windows are all closed because of the cold. I see the birds but can't hear them. Often I shush away my cats when they want some love, and I haven't had much fun with my dog.

I have been hard with myself as well and should make an effort to be more loving and tune in to my family.

The Dark Lady

This card makes me feel all fey and dangerous-like! I love it! I'm going to go to work and give the boys that stare, the one she's giving me, that says, "Don't start with me, you have no idea what you're doing . . ."

And, apart from that, I love her messages of ending and rebirth. Let's see . . . I've been getting other cards that suggest a new cycle, as well, so this is interesting. I've gone through a time of not inconsiderable anxiety recently, and hopefully these cards all mean that the stress and tension is over for the time being and I can move on to making something of the situation, rather than winding myself up about it.

But I'm still going to stare at people today. I feel like being dangerous . . .
