Yes, thank you to all for a great ride.

Here is the rehab Thread, where some of us are already mailing out stuff

(hint, hint)

As for the splitting of the trains. I agree part of the excitement is not knowing what will be made available. And, I might add, what is collectible for some, others may say "yuck" to. (Still don't "get" the Greenwood, for example.)

Oh one more thing.... Guiding Cauldron - you did it again!!!

So after you raved about waking of the wild Spirit I went in search of.... Amazon wanted too much money for me to spend especially since I went on a bit of a spree the night before.... don't ask.... so I found one site but something was wrong with it because everytime I went to check it out it dropped it./... I am worried about identity fraud... it struck me as weird....

OK I digress. So i found the deck and book signed by the author on ebay but no box and I hesitated but finally did it..... and guess who I am getting it from???? Poppy Palin I am so psyched.. she sent an e-mail and I wrote back saying how happy I am it is coming directly from her. She seems a sweet spirit.

WOW - fabulous pictures, talented lot!
I'm trying (unsuccessfully) to get started on a mjajors deck that I want to paint for a friend in time for Christmas - (sonf themed)

Couldn't agree more with the general mixed train preference

Franniee waking the wild spirit is a fabulous set and poppy ususally signs it too

Guys and Gals, Great input here. Just so you all know Niether Scion or myself had ever thought about splitting the trains up. I had and want to have one train where we have a SINGLE OOP deck buy in. To me that would do no more then add a bit of spice and excitment. WE love the train as it is, and it works just great. One train for all passengers, but we might need a second bar car pretty soon

I will post this in the rehab too.

I have to say that I really like that idea, it would make an interesting variation. There are lots of OP decks that are readily available, and not expensive. For those who didn't want to ride, tagging along would be exciting---I tagged along on this train and could hardly stand the excitement, as it was! I would probably have had a heart attack if I had been a rider....Holey Moley, What a Ride!! I had wanted to find out what it like to tag along on a train, not having done that before......!!!

I'm not sure I'd ride on an OOP train. I love my OOP decks and don't really want to part with them, especially the ones I struggled to get.
Actually, I did see an OOP train once. I was at the supermarket next to the main railway line and the Flying Scotsman went past. What a sight! I'd forgotten what steam trains sounded and smelled like!
