Hi, Queen of Disks! It's been kind of an odd day on the train. Very, very quiet. Kind of spookily quiet! Maybe it's because of the holiday.

no the minute you board the train you can pick a deck from any station at any time.... You list your decks in the order that your station comes up but you can pick whenever you want....

you don't get to keep the deck unless you make a successful trade but that is a whole other thing.
